- Add all of the designs you wish to purchase
to your shopping cart.
- Push the "Check out" button
- When you get to the payment stage, choose the
payment method you want (either Personal Check or Money Order)
- Push the "Submit order"
- Attach copy of invoice to your check and mail
it to the address listed below in the Customer Service Contact Information

Refund Policy
We DO NOT refund your purchase of embroidery
designs. We will however provide any assistance you require. We do not recommend that you modify the
embroidery designs in any way.
Delivery
All designs are delivered electronically with in
24 hours of payment being received. An email with "download
links" will be sent to the email address you used in your login.
Please make sure you enter your email address correctly.
Color Charts
All designs are accompanied by a color chart
Zipped Files
All embroidery designs are delivered in a zipped
file. For free software to assist you in unzipping these files, please
visit www.winzip.com
